LOCAL OYSTER PRE ORDERS
Cape May Salt Oyster Farms first began farming oysters on the Cape Shore flats of South Jersey in 1997. Their “Cape May Salts” are grown using the French “rack and bag” method, which along with careful husbandry techniques produces a lovely tear-drop-shaped oyster with a deep cup and super plump meat. In addition to their Cape May Salts, they also source additional premium oyster varieties from other small shellfish farms throughout New Jersey. ALL local NJ product!
